As the Eskimos’ Director of Canadian scouting, Rob Ralph plays a key role in Edmonton’s preparation for the annual CFL Draft and oversees national scouting.

Entering his 18th season with the Green and Gold, Ralph began as the team’s Video Coordinator. In 2008 he became the team’s Offensive Assistant and in 2012 he joined the personnel department as the Canadian Scout.

Born in London, Ontario, he graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1998 with a bachelors in interdisciplinary studies-business, psychology, kinesiology. After graduation, he moved to Edmonton and graduated from the NAIT Radio and Television Program in 2000. Rob, his wife Joanne and son, Charlie, make Edmonton their year-round home.
