College: Started his career at Edinboro University (Div II) and was named a two time first team all-conference player and 2018 PSAC West Offensive Player of the Year. Fletcher transferred to Ball State in 2019 where he amassed 132 carries for 726 yards and five touchdowns. The running back also added 26 receptions for 306 yards and two touchdowns in the pass game.
