2018: In 17 games (17 starts), Grymes recorded 58 defensive tackles, five special teams tackles, three interceptions which he returned 92 yards and one touchdown as well as and one forced fumble.

 

2017: In six games (six starts), Grymes recorded 31 tackles and one forced fumble after re-joining the Green and Gold in week 15. In the West Semi-Final, Grymes recorded four tackles. In the West Final, Grymes recorded four tackles.

 

2015: In 16 games (16 starts), Grymes recorded 43 defensive tackles, two special teams tackles, one quarterback sack, four interceptions, one returned for a touchdown, one fumble recovery and four knockdowns. Went on the 1-game injured list in Week 18. Grymes was named a West Division All-Star and a CFL All-Star. Grymes was on the active roster for the West Final against Calgary. In the Grey Cup he recorded three defensive tackles.

 

2014: In 18 games (18 starts), Grymes recorded 40 defensive tackles, four special teams tackles and eight pass knockdowns. He also recorded three interceptions, including two in back-to-back games to start the season. In the West Semi-Final against Saskatchewan, he recorded six defensive tackles to tie for team lead and one interception. In the West Final against Calgary, Grymes recorded one defensive tackle.

 

2013: In nine games (eight starts) Grymes recorded 18 defensive tackles, six special teams tackles, two pass knockdowns and one interception. He was placed on the 9-game injured list in Week 8 after sustaining an internal injury in practice, returning in Week 17.

 

College: In four years (2009-2012) with the University of Idaho Vandals, Grymes recorded 248 tackles (174 solo), two interceptions, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries in 50 games. He finished his collegiate career with 32 consecutive starts after becoming a full-time starter in his sophomore season. He was voted a team captain in his final season with the Vandals.

 

Personal: Grymes finished fifth in the state of Washington as a junior at West Seattle High School in the 100-metre dash with a time of 10.8 seconds. He also ran a 4.4 second 40-yard dash.
