Career: Richard signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2012 as an undrafted free agent, but was released.

College/Personal: A three-year starter, Donovan finished his collegiate career as the Bulldog’s all-time leading career tackler. He earned First-Team All Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference honours as a senior, leading the team with 119 tackles.He graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management. After graduation Richard participated in the HBCU Bowl in Atlanta. Richard helped lead the Carvers Bay High School (Hemingway, SC) football team to a state championship and participated in the North/South All-star football game before receiving a full scholarship to South Carolina State University.
