The Edmonton Eskimo Football Club would like you to enjoy your visit to Commonwealth Stadium. To assist you, and to ensure your safety, comfort and enjoyment, we are providing the following information and guidelines

Accessible Seating
Sections A, B, K (10-30 yard lines), L (L Family), M (0-10 yard lines), AA, DD & EE (end zones on the west side), N, O (O Family), T (between the 50 yard lines), Z (0-10 yard lines), NN, OO & QQ (end zones on the east side) are all designed for disabled fan seating.
Alcohol-Free Sections
Section C on the lower west side is a designated alcohol-free section. The Eskimo Igloo, located on the lower southwest corner, is a family section that is alcohol-free. Sobey’s Family Huddle seating, located on the lower deck in the southeast corner and on the upper decks in the southeast and southwest corners, is also designated as an alcohol-free area.
Will Call
Tailgate tickets or tickets purchased through Ticketmaster over the phone or via the internet may be picked up at Will Call located at Gate 13 on the southeast corner of Commonwealth Stadium. Will Call opens one hour before kickoff and photo identification is required for ticket pick-up.
Resale of TicketsThe resale of tickets on Commonwealth Stadium or Clarke Park property is prohibited.
Service Animals
Only service animals for fans with disabilities are allowed into the stadium.
Children's Tickets
Children two years of age and younger do not require a ticket provided they share a seat with an accompanying adult without interfering with other fans.
Unused Tickets
Redeem your unused tickets for bronze seats for the last regular season home game. Tickets can be redeemed during the week prior to the last game. Quantities are limited.
COMMONWEALTH STADIUM:
Gate Times
Gates will be open one hour prior to kickoff. However, this is subject to change.
Accessible Parking
There are 100 parking spaces available for disabled fans located in Lots B and C at Commonwealth Stadium. These passes are issued through our Administration Office on an annual basis to existing pass holders. We currently do not have any additional parking spaces available. Proof of a valid Disabled Parking Placard is required at time of issue.
Drop-Off Areas
The drop-off areas for disabled fans are located at Gate 2 on the southwest corner and Gate 6 on the northwest corner of the stadium. There is also an elevator located at the Gate 11 entrance on the east side of the stadium that takes you to the concourse level.
Parking
Please be aware that there is no public parking available at Commonwealth Stadium or in surrounding neighbourhoods (City of Edmonton Bylaw #5590 in effect). Please respect the communities surrounding Commonwealth Stadium. Obey parking restrictions. Violators will be tagged and towed at the owner’s expense.
Public Transportation
Please utilize the Edmonton Transit Systems’ LRT or Park ‘N Ride services. For information call 496-1611 or Buslink at 496-1600 or visit the website www.takeETS.com.
Security on Game Day
Due to heightened security measures at the gates, we strongly urge all fans to enter the stadium as early as possible to avoid delays. All patrons will be subject to an inspection of their belongings and a pat-down search prior to entering Commonwealth Stadium. By tendering a ticket and entering the stadium, fans consent to such searches. Individuals not consenting to the searches will be denied entry into the stadium. These premises are monitored by video cameras and your movements may be monitored and recorded.
Re-Entry Policy
Fan must have their hand stamped when leaving to regain entry into the stadium and may be subject to pat-downs upon re-entry.
Prohibited Items
(Subject to change without notice)
* Please note that peanuts will no longer be available for purchase, nor will they be allowed into the stadium.
* Weapons of any kind
* Glass bottles, cans and two litre plastic bottles
* Alcoholic beverages, drugs, narcotics and other illegal substances
* Video cameras and other recording devices
* Professional grade cameras and tripods
* Pets (only service animals are permitted)
* Air horns, megaphones
* Beach balls
* Any item deemed by Management to be dangerous or inappropriate
Permitted Items
* Plastic bottles (one litre or less), juice boxes
* Small snacks (with the exception of peanuts)
* Binoculars
* Still cameras (not professional)
* Flags (on telescopic poles only. NO hockey sticks, dowels, etc are permitted)
* Flags/banners cannot block or cover the Wall of Honour recipients, sponsor signage or any fan’s view
* Small umbrellas (as long as they do not impede any fan’s view)
* Small strollers (as long as they fold and can be stored safely under your seat and provided they do not interfere with other fans’ comfort and safety).
Food Policy
Fans are permitted to bring small snacks into Commonwealth Stadium with the exception of peanuts. We are allergy aware; however, please note there may be traces of peanuts or other nuts in other foods sold in the stadium. Please help us all be allergy aware.
Smoking Policy
The City of Edmonton has designated Commonwealth Stadium as a non-smoking facility (Bylaw #13333). Smoking is permitted outside of the stadium at Gates 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 13.
Please ensure that your hand is stamped prior to exiting the stadium.
Alcohol Policy
To ensure that those fans who drink alcoholic beverages do so responsibly, the following alcohol policies are in effect:
* Fans are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the stadium.
* Fans will not be allowed to enter Commonwealth Stadium if they appear intoxicated.
* Sale and possession of alcoholic beverages is limited to two per person.
* Fans who appear to be under the age of 25 must provide proper photo identification prior to being sold alcoholic beverages.
* Alcohol sales are closed at the end of the third quarter or earlier at Management’s discretion.
* Drunk and disorderly behaviour, as well as violation of any alcohol policy, will result in ejection from Commonwealth Stadium without refund and could result in arrest or prosecution, as well as the loss of Season Seats
* No alcohol may be taken out of the suites or alumni room into general public areas unless it is held in a plastic container.
Fan Hotline
The Eskimos know fans come to Commonwealth Stadium for a memorable, fun and safe experience. We’re here to actively support that environment.
In the event that your experience is being disrupted by others who are engaging in unacceptable behaviour including:
* Impairment related to alcohol or drug consumption
* Indecent messages on signs or clothing
* Smoking of any substance
* Sitting in locations other than the ticketed seat
* Disruption of the game or event including throwing objects, trespassing on the field or restricted areas
* Fighting, taunting or making threatening remarks or gestures
Please speak to the nearest Commonwealth Stadium staff member or call 477-3665.
Any fan not respecting the above code of conduct may be ejected by Management, who reserves the right to determine what constitutes unruly or unacceptable behaviour.
Child Safety Program
Parents/Guardians can take their child to the information booths located mid-concourse on both the east and west sides of Commonwealth Stadium to receive a gold wristband that will include their section/row/seat number and cell phone number if applicable. If your child becomes lost, a Customer Service Representative will be able to locate the parent/guardian. A missing child should be reported immediately to a Customer Service Representative or the nearest information booth.
First Aid
First Aid stations are located on the concourse by Gates 2 and 9.
Bank Machines
Bank machines are location inside each of the food concession areas for your convenience.
Merchandise
There are merchandise outlets located on both the east and west sides of Commonwealth Stadium. The main store in located inside the west concession area on the south corner. 3; Cash, Visa, MasterCard and debit are accepted at all locations.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Eskimo Good Fan Policy
* Foul/abusive language and/or rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated and could be cause for ejection and/or arrest. Violators may have their Season Seats revoked.
* Entering or throwing objects onto the playing field is a violation of Commonwealth Stadium policies. Offenders will be ejected and subject to arrest and prosecution.
* Sit only in your assigned seat to avoid inconveniencing other fans. (Be prepared to show your ticket each time you enter your assigned seating section).
Information Booths
Information Booths are located on the east side between sections T and V and on the west side between sections G and H. Customer Service Representatives will be available to assist fans during a game, provide information as to seat location, general stadium information, assist with lost children and handle lost & found items. Please note that paging over our sound system is not possible.
Web site
The Eskimo web site www.esks.com has current information on the team, tickets, game dates, players, team stats, merchandise, message board, cheer team, account management and links to the CFL.

Lets you manage your season seat account through Ticketmaster from your personal online account.
To access this account:
1. At esks.com select My Eskimo Account
2. Log-in your account numbers and password (found on your renewal invoice)
3. Manage your seats.
Features
* Online Season Seat Renewal – view your invoices, make payments and renew your Season Seats.
* Edit profile – with online access you can update your account profile (address, phone number and email)
* Forward tickets to friends via email – send your seats to virtually anyone up to TWO HOURS before game time via ticket forwarding. This service allows you to email tickets to your friends, clients or family when you cannot attend a game. There is a nominal fee of $1.95 charged per seat.

Fan Day
Get up close and personal with the Green and Gold at training camp. Meet the players and coaches, see the new Eskimo Cheer Team in action and purchase some of the new EE merchandise.
Edmonton Eskimo Annual Dinner
Join players and coaches for a great dinner and an evening full of fun. With the purchase of a table, a current Eskimo player can be requested to join you as your 10th guest.
Locker Room Sale
Don’t miss this popular event for great savings on Eskimo merchandise. It is your opportunity to purchase game-worn equipment and get player autographs.
COMMUNITY PROGRAMS:
The Edmonton Eskimos are active within our community and surrounding areas. Player and coaches take part in hospital visits. Players visit schools during Education Week and Read-In Week, Stay in School and with the Eskimo Basketball Team. The club is involved in many charities through ticket donations and players as honourary chairs.
