Since 1949, the Edmonton Eskimo Football Club has put particular emphasis on playing a positive role in the community. The tradition lives on as Eskimo players do their part to make our city a better place.

Through the TELUS Champions in the Community program, Eskimo players, coaches, staff and cheer team members visit groups and organizations that strive to:

  • support amateur football in Northern Alberta
  • educate youth on the importance of nutrition and an active lifestyle
  • share powerful messages on anti-bullying
  • encourage children to stay in school

To request a player, coach, staff, cheer team member or mascot appearance at your event, please email to  community@esks.com at least four weeks in advance of your event to allow sufficient time to review your request.

Please note that due to the volume of requests received, it is not possible to fulfil all requests. An appearance fee may be charged at the discretion of the Edmonton Eskimo Football Club.
