Edmonton Eskimo Message Board Rules & Guidelines
- The main focus of this board is that of a friendly place for Eskimo and CFL fans to talk about and enjoy our game of Canadian Football.
- Please keep your posts on the topic of Edmonton Eskimos, Canadian Football and its fans.
- Because children are frequent visitors to our Message Board, the use of profanity, vulgar language, antagonistic remarks and/or ethnic slurs is strictly prohibited. Violators of this policy may be barred from accessing the Eskimo Message Board.
- Any foul language, comments containing political, religious, racist or any other abusive submissions not pertaining to the Eskimos or Canadian Football will be deleted without notice.
- Personal attacks on fellow website participants will not be tolerated.
- Personal attacks on the character of any CFL players, coaches or personnel (past or present) will not be tolerated. While we encourage creative, original and thought-provoking discussions, our Message Board is not a free forum for personal attacks on others. Please confine your remarks to sports-related issues.
- Conduct yourself in such a manner as you would in a public offline setting. Remember that you represent your favorite team and its fans. The way you participate is a direct reflection upon them.
- Eskimo moderators reserve the right of final say on any issues and posts may be edited or deleted by website moderators without notice.
- While we do support free speech on the Internet, this site is home to friendly fans that want to enjoy our game. Our decision as to what is and isn't acceptable is final.
- Please do not advertise outside web sites or web links for commercial use on the message boards. Also, any advertising or "hawking" of products is prohibited.
- Anyone offending or breaking any of the guidelines we have set forth may be suspended from posting and notified by e-mail as to why in extreme cases. Second offenses will result in being black listed and any further access to participate denied. Again, all decisions by Edmonton Eskimo Football Club are final.
